Abstract

This study looked at how certain companies in Jharkhand performed when their employees were involved in decision-making. With the use of a questionnaire, information was obtained from ten (10) owners and eighty (80) employees of the selected companies that were chosen randomly from Ghato, Ramgarh & Bokaro. Descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were used to statistically analyse the obtained data.
