Abstract

After prolonged exposure to epinephrine, platelets are desirved to desensitize a2-adrenoceptor-mediated aggregation responses in vitro. Herein, this phenomenon ues studied as a possible in vitro model for a2-odrenoceptor dysregulation in depression.
