Abstract

The article offers information on the application of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and the risk management for pat-down searches at National Football League (NFL) in the U.S. It reports on the appointment of task force in the security and crowd management for the NFL in response to the 9/11 terrorist attack. NFL's policy on pat-down search of all league attendees is mentioned where objections included violation of constitutional rights due to the warrantless searches.
