ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIASI JUMLAH ECENG GONDOK DAN VARIASI JUMLAH VOLUME AIR LIMBAH TERHADAP KUALITAS LIMBAH CAIR INDUSTRI BATIK CIGEUREUNG KECAMATAN CIPEDES KOTA TASIKMALAYA

Abstract

Indonesia is famous for batik, the type of batik that Indonesia has is very much, Tasikmalaya as one of the areas that has batik with its own characteristics that are different from other reions, in addition to being a commodity with the existence of batik company there are olso negative impact because the prosess of making batik will not be detached from the coloring process, resulting in a large amount of pollutans. The aims of this research is to know 1) the effect of variations in the amount of water hyacinth (gr) planted in batik liquid waste whose volume is the same to the quality of liquid waste in the batik industry; and 2) the effect of the same amount of water hyacinth (gr) planted on variations in the amount of liquid waste volum of batik to the quality of liquid waste of the batik industry. The method that used in this research is descriptive analysis, the study was conducted in a Botanical Laboratory department of Biology Education FKIP of Siliwangi University for four months. The sample used in this study is batik liquid waste from the Cigeureung region of Cipedes sub-district Tasikmalaya City, with the instrument used are observation guidelines, which was analyzed at PT Sucofindo (Persero) having its address at Jln. Soekarno Hatta No. 217 Bandung 40233. In Based on the result of research that has been done, it can be concluded that all parameters observed were total suspended solid, BOD, COD, ammonium, and oil &grease contained gr) in batik liquid waste from Cigeureung region of Cipedes sub-district Tasikmalaya city after being treated 1 variations in the amount of water hyacinth (gr) planted in batik liquid waste whose volume is the same; 2) the same amount of water hyacinth (gr) planted on variations in the amount of liquid waste volum of batik, as a whole has decreased even though specifically there has been increase.
