Um Modelo Conceitual de Gestão da Informação em Rede de Cooperação de Consórcio Público Intermunicipal: Ferramentas de conformidade estatística e validação

Abstract

The construction of a conceptual and operational model of scientific research is important for the understanding of phenomenons or facts related to the universe of research, once they can describe or explain the various dimensions of the studied phenomenon and their respective interactions. However, in the context of scientific research, the validation of the theoretical model must be submitted to a set of statistical compliance instruments to verify its operability. Therefore, based on the concepts and fundamentals of the four-way method, the conceptual and operational model of the empirical research was structured methodologically to study the relationship between the organizational networks of cooperation of Public Consortia and the performance of the information and innovation management system in an Intermunicipal Public Consortium cooperation network, having as object of investigation the activities that these consortiums play in the development of public governmental policies in Brazil. On the other hand, was applied a set of statistical tools of the inferential method such as the Pearson Correlation technique to determine the degree of association between the variables that were studied, and the use of the F statistic model to obtain the validation test of the hypotheses. Pearson's correlation and Cronbach's alpha were also used to validate the research instrument, as well as to measure the level of internal reliability of the collected data. Finally, based on the sample obtained in the survey a applied to the network of municipal inter-municipal consortia, plus the use of the applied statistical tools and the results obtained, it is possible to confirm the validation of the research model based on the four-way method: Conceptual model information management system in cooperation network of public inter-municipal consortium.
