Abstract
Meboya is identic with an attitude that is not easy to believe in something that exists and tends to be identified with an unbelieving society or someone who tends to slip into a reality. Therefore many have a negative view on people who often use it. However, in certain contexts it can be seen as a critical attitude. Because in general people who are meboya do not easily believe in new things and tend to reject them with various arguments. It is this critical attitude that needs to be developed in the context of facing the incessant variety of information on social media known as hoaxes. Today's society must develop a positive attitude, which is not easy to believe in information on social media before checking the truth of the origin of the information. This is where the importance of awareness is so that people can avoid anti-tolerance attitudes and radical movements as a negative impact of hoax news. With this awareness, of course, it can strengthen national integration.
