Abstract

The Pterigium colli is a cervical malformation included in several syndromes, produces an important stigmatization of patients because of its evident location, implying that a real solution becomes necessary in a 100% of the cases. Through history, many reconstructive alternatives have been described; the aim of this paper is to present a review of the most common surgical technics, its results and complications.
