Abstract
A case of AIDS-related Kaposi's sarcoma is reported. A 40-year-old female presented with wine plaques and nodules on her right arm, chest and foot for 4 months. She also had cough and emptysis for 2 months. CT of her chest showed numbers of nodules distributed on two lungs. Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of Kaposi's sarcoma (plaque stage). HIV antibody test was positive.
