Abstract

The competition survival features of the embroidery business are discussed. Determination of business strengths is the key to survive and make profits in the cutting-edge competition which is closely followed by company's ability to capitalize upon those strengths. Asking the customers about the good and bad points of the business helps in defining the business location. Knowledge about business strengths aids in devising the market capturing strategies. The gift order and gift wrap service are capable of making a strong impact on the existing market while on time free delivery of orders can earn excellent business. Offering of best service ultimately defines company's prospects in the embroidery business.
