Abstract

This book is an adaptation of an investigation presented to the Emilio Valdizán National University that aimed to analyze the organizational climate and job satisfaction of the workers of the Environmental Civil Mining Engineering Faculty of the National University of Huancavelica in Peru, with the purpose of proposing alternatives for improvement, which serve as a guide for FIMCA managers, to promote a pleasant and motivating work environment for its workers, and thus increase their work performance. The study worked with a population of 40 workers between 32 and 67 years of age. The data was processed by the SPSS Software version 22 in Spanish. Likewise, in the general score that resulted in the organizational climate and job satisfaction; which with a p-value of sig. (bilateral) of 0.010 and 0.010 respectively, and being less than 0.05, led to rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the study hypothesis, concluding that there are connections between the variables organizational climate and job satisfaction in FIMCA workers.
