Abstract

An epidemic disease was detected in a colony of eclectus parrots (Eclectus roratus) at the Zoological Gardens in Barcelona. The epidemiological pattern and the pathological, histopathological and ultrastructural findings indicated that the disease was due to an avian adenovirus infection. © 1992, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
