Abstract

The invasion of foreign cultures from various countries has had an influence on aspects of consumer behavior in Indonesia, especially Korean culture which serves Korean food in drama scenes so that it raises consumer interest in trying. Seeing the high trend towards Korean food, it opens up opportunities for business people to make various types of food, one of which is traditional street food-style snacks that have an interest in trying because these foods are routinely consumed in drama shows. Some types of snacks that are famous in Indonesia, namely chapssal.Financial analysis of the business using a capital of Rp 23,000,000 with a positive NPV and a payback period of 7 years 5 months.
