Abstract

The case of 64-year-old male with dual chamber pacemaker complicated by pacemaker mediated tachycardia due to paroxysmal atrial flutter is described. The diagnosis was made after magnet application over pacemaker and reprogramming. The patient underwent an electrical cardioversion which established normal sinus rhythm.
