Survei Motivasi Pendidik Terhadap Keikutsertaan Olahraga Tenis Lapangan

Abstract

Abstract: This study is to determine the level of motivation of educators to participate in tennis sports activities at SMA Negeri 1 Srengat, Blitar Regency. There are several things that can be problematic (1) Participation in sports activities is expected to be a solution regarding the physical fitness of educators (2) Educators have not mastered the basic skills of tennis so it is very necessary to take action or treatment specifically for educators. This study uses a questionnaire instrument. The analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis with the percentage statistical method. In the results of the analysis of the calculation of the percentage description of the motivation of educators, the frequency of motivation is known that there are 22 people or 73.3 percent in the very high category, the frequency of intrinsic motivation is known that there are 21 people or 70 percent including the very high category. The frequency of extrinsic motivation is known to be 23 people or 76.7 percent including the very high category. It can be concluded that the sports motivation for playing tennis in the male educators of SMA Negeri 1 Srengat, Blitar Regency in 2020/2021 is in the very high category. Abstrak: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi pendidik mengikuti kegiatan olahraga tenis lapangan di SMA Negeri 1 Srengat, Kabupaten Blitar. Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat menjadi problematika (1) Keikutsertaan kegiatan olahraga diharapkan menjadi solusi mengenai kebugaran jasmani pendidik (2) Pendidik belum menguasai keterampilan dasar tenis lapangan sehingga sangat perlu adanya tindakan atau perlakuan khusus bagi pendidik. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan pendidik berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode statistik persentase. Pada hasil analisis data perhitungan deskripsi persentase mengenai motivasi pendidik, frekuensi motivasi diketahui bahwa terdapat 22 orang atau 73,3 persen dengan kategori sangat tinggi, frekuensi motivasi intrinsik diketahui bahwa terdapat 21 orang atau 70 persen termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Frekuensi motivasi ekstrinsik diketahui terdapat 23 orang atau 76,7 persen termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi olahraga bermain tenis lapangan pendidik putra SMA Negeri 1 Srengat Kabupaten Blitar Tahun 2020/2021 mayoritas masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi.
