ANALISIS SIKLUS KONVERSI PADA UMKM SALAD BAUH INCES

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Salad Buah Inces is one of the businesses in the culinary sector that focuses on providing fresh fruit salads as its main product. This MSME has a great opportunity to meet the market demand for practical and nutritious food. However, as the business grows, Salad Buah Inces MSME faces challenges in managing the production process, such as raw material stock management, order recording, and integration between production stages, which are still done manually. To overcome these challenges, the flowchart method is used to visually depict the operational workflow, mapping each production stage from planning to product distribution. This flowchart helps identify the relationship between processes and the flow of information within the production cycle, enabling more efficient and integrated management of raw material stocks, labor, and product output. Additionally, the use of data flow diagrams and data relationship diagrams facilitates monitoring and tracking, thereby reducing errors in recording and management while improving the operational efficiency of Salad Buah Inces MSME.
