Abstract

The quality of the University of Papua's website has never been comprehensively evaluated, leaving the factors affecting user satisfaction unknown. This study aims to assess the website's quality using the WebQual 4.0 method to evaluate usability, information quality, and interaction, and GTMetrix to measure technical aspects such as load time and image optimization. Data were collected through a survey of 108 students. Quantitative results show that usability, information quality, and interaction explain 67,4% of the variation in user satisfaction, with 32,6% influenced by other unexplored factors, indicating many unknown factors. GTMetrix's qualitative results give the website a grade of C for performance and highlight areas needing improvement, such as content speed and page element optimization. With these improvements, it is hoped that the quality and performance of the University of Papua's website can be enhanced to more effectively meet user needs.
