Pengaruh faktor-faktor kependudukan dan kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of population growth, dependency ratio, labor force participation rate, and the contribution of the agricultural sector to economic growth in districts/cities in Jambi province. The data used is district/city panel data in Jambi Province from 2012 to 2017. Data were analyzed using a panel data regression model. The results of the study found that population growth and dependency ratio had a positive and significant impact on the economic growth of districts/cities in Jambi Province. Meanwhile, the labor force participation rate and the contribution of the agricultural sector have no significant effect on the economic growth of the districts/cities of Jambi Province.
