Research Progress on Career Development of Nursing Staff

Abstract

There are few studies on career development as an exclusive concept in the field of nursing in China. Currently, research related to the career development of nursing staff primarily relies on inductive evaluation tools, and there is less systematic summarization of this research. This paper reviews the concept, evaluation tools, and influencing factors of nursing career development, aiming to provide a reference for future research in this area.
