Abstract

National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) has been conducting trials of the application of the SRIKANDI application since 2020 and a year later ANRI applied the Instruction of the Head of ANRI Number 1 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Integrated Records Management System (SRIKANDI) Application in the ANRI Environment which contains orders to all employees within ANRI to carry out the implementation of the SRIKANDI application. The successful use of the SRIKANDI application in the ANRI environment is a benchmark for the use of the SRIKANDI application in other agencies, because ANRI is the main actor in the implementation of the SRIKANDI application. For this reason, an evaluation of the use of the SRIKANDI application is needed and this is what the author raised in this research. The research method is a descriptive with a quantitative approach, which uses research instruments in the form of literature reviews, questionnaires and interviews from 68 sample people taken according to the Krejcie-Morgan model. Based on the results of the analysis using the SUS (System Usability Scale) Method, the average value obtained is 53.17 or can be accepted by users as a means of managing electronic archives.
