Abstract

Extended X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, dynamic light scattering and density functional theory are combined to derive structural models for the interaction of neurotoxicity-ablating platinum-based compounds with the amyloid-β peptide. © 2013 Royal Society of Chemistry.
