Abstract

The aim of this paper is to elucidate the size of resources devoted to the Defense of Brazil. To achieve this purpose are conducted external comparisons – with budgets of other nations; and internal comparisons – taking into account other expenses of that country. The methodology used is budget analysis. In the conclusion is presented the Defense budget execution of Brazil, besides being produced a critical analysis about this execution.
