Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the back

Abstract

A case of primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is reported. A 46-year-old female had a mass on the back for more than 1 year. Skin biopsy showed normal epidermis, papillary dermal edema, grenz zone, focal or diffuse mononuclear cell infiltration, atypical and large nuclei cells with clear nucleus and mitosis. Immunohistochemical staining showed positive for CD20, CD45Ro, CD79a, MUM-1 and PAX-5. The final diagnosis was primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. After the treatment with systemic chemotherapy (R-CHOP), tumor became smaller.
