Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how much correlation work motivation and transformational leadership have on the Performance of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket Employees. This type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data collection method used is field research. The sampling method in this study uses saturated sampling, where the total population in this study is all employees of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket as many as 40 respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. The test results is work motivation have correlation partially the performance of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket Employees. Transformational leadership partially correlation the performance of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket Employees. Where as the F Test shows that work motivation and transformational leadership simultaneously influence the Performance of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket Employees.
