Abstract

Sari Soybean Arsya is part of a home-based creative business founded by Mrs. Yesa since 2014. Various obstacles have been faced by Mrs. Yesa to date to develop her business, such as limited machine capacity in the production process, limited storage space for processing semi-finished soybeans that have been boiled. , thus making Yesa's mother limit the production process, the filtering process using a very simple tool that results in a slow production process, also the limited availability of products only in bottles made Arsya's soybean juice business not optimal in meeting the existing market needs. Meanwhile, managerial problems in this business have not been managed properly, finances are not well recorded, marketing, especially promotions, has not been carried out optimally even though market opportunities are still wide open, so that demand cannot be fulfilled. This managerial problem is still not a major concern but is a problem that will implicitly affect the calculation of operating profits. The purpose of this PKM program is to try to overcome several problems faced by Arsya's soybean juice, namely by: 1) designing and designing a production machine in the form of a soybean juice-producing machine that can directly meet the quality standards of soybean juice raw materials, 2) designing and designing a machine to separate soybean juice with its pulp, 3) designing and designing a machine for storing soybeans, 4) designing and designing a sealer machine in the form of a cup as an effort to differentiate packaging, 5) providing training and assistance in the field of business management, understanding of job descriptions, simple bookkeeping, calculations cost of goods sold and calculation of BEP, handling of marketing and promotions.
