Abstract
The Mexican operation of Vanity Fair Mills at Reynosa, Rey-Mex, is described. The plant's location close to the major border crossing at McAllen, Texas, favours rapid response to US market demands. Systems and policies followed to achieve high-quality production of intimate apparel are outlined.
