Cayenne pepper is needed as a cooking ingredient because it has a very spicy flavor compared to large chili. In addition, cayenne pepper can make the appearance of the dish bright and able to increase appetite. This study aimed to 1) analyze the production process of cayenne pepper farming from land preparation, seed preparation, planting, crop maintenance, and harvesting, 2) analyze the feasibility of cayenne pepper farming. The sample determination used was a simple random sampling method from the population. Samples were taken as many as 52 respondents from 110 people who carried out the activities of cayenne pepper farming. Data analysis using income analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and business feasibility analysis (R / C Ratio). Based on the results of the study showed that the production process on the cayenne pepper farming in Malakke Village began with the process of a) land processing; b) seed seeding and nursery processes; c) distance determination and planting. The results of the study found that the effect of partial production factors that significantly affect production were two variables, namely pesticides and labor. Cayenne pepper farming in Malakke Village was feasible to be cultivated with a value of R / C Ratio of 11.12 which means that every expenditure of Rp 1 will give revenue or production value of Rp 11.12.
