Zona Potensial Tangkapan Ikan Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Geografis dan Penginderaan Jauh Untuk Model Pemetaan Zona Potensial Penangkapan Ikan di Perairan Geopark Ciletuh-Palabuhan Ratu

Abstract

Indonesia as an archipelagic country has the potential for large marine resources, however the large amount of Indonesia's marine resources has not been fully utilized. This is influenced by various factors such as inadequate infrastructure to the lack of technology utilization in utilizing marine products. The basis for this statement which encourages the conduct of this research is expected that through the mapping of potential fishing zones this can increase the utilization of marine resources. This study fully uses satellite imagery from Landsat 8 Oli imagery which is then extracted and analyzed using mapping applications such as Arcgis and Envi. In the research method using the Spatial analysis method by utilizing the parameters previously formulated. The results of the research can be mapped that the waters of the Ciletuh-Palabuhan Ratu Geopark have a large potential fishing zone, even almost all of its waters are potential zones. The highest potential zone includes water areas from the coast to 2.5 kilometers to the sea to 12 kilometers to the coast.
