Abstract
Investigação do poder ambivalente da metáfora como agente do conhecimento: ora se deve resistir às metáforas porque elas liquefazem o sentido, ora as metáforas se tornam armas contra a liquefação do sentido e, então, inauguram significados em meio aos sentidos reificados.Investigation du double pouvoir de la métaphore en tant qu'agent de la connaissance: tantôt il faut résister aux métaphores parce que celles-ci liquéfient le sens, tantôt les métaphores deviennent des armes contre la liquéfaction du sens et, alors, elles inaugurent des signifiés parmi les sens réifiés.Study of the ambivalent power of metaphor as agent of knowledge: either one must resist against metaphors because they dissolve meaning, or metaphors become weapons against the dissolution of meaning and generate meanings amidst reified ones.
