Abstract

Sponge city construction has been widely carried out in China, but in recent years, extreme precipitation and extreme drought caused by climate change occur frequently, which requires sponge city construction to be able to effectively deal with. Through discussing the low-impact development facilities, the role of plants in the construction of sponge cities, and the construction of urban drainage system, the construction mode of sponge cities under extreme precipitation and extreme drought climate is analysed.
