Abstract
The paper discusses the grupal process in adult education and points to methodological guidances to orient educators as well as group facilitators. It proposes an articulation between Paulo Freire's Pedagogy of Autonomy and Pichon-Rivière's Operative Group. It argues that the main organizers of the grupal process (sense of belonging, comunication, cooperation, learning, " tele" and pertinence) could be worked out in order to facilitate learning as well as to promote the autonomy of the participants. It also discusses difficulties and mistakes within the literacy process and how to deal with them in the group. It links social psychology and education within an interdisciplinary approach.
