Law 19.886 (2003) as a general framework for chilean administrative contracts

Abstract

This paper critically examines the variety of administrative contracting regimes in Chile and provides arguments to reform Law 19,886 of 2003, and to transform it into a basic or general framework for administrative contracts in Chile.
