Abstract

Sudden cardiac death is defined as an unannounced, un expected death happened due to cardiovascular disease, which occurs one hour of the onset of symptoms. In children and adolescents is relatively rare, but such an event is a great tragedy for the family and society. At least half of the children and adolescents who will succumb sudden cardiac deaths previously reported certain symptoms. The question is could we predict and prevent such death. We review most often diseases with increased risk for sudden cardiac death.
