O significado da atenção à mulher vítima de Violência Doméstica no contexto da Atenção Primária à Saúde

Abstract

RESUMO Objetivou-se compreender o significado da atenção às mulheres vítimas de Violência Doméstica sob a ótica dos profissionais da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Realizou-se um estudo descritivo, qualitativo, com a abordagem da fenomenologia social de Alfred Schütz. Participaram da pesquisa 22 profissionais de municípios da 10a Regional de Saúde do Paraná. A coleta das informações foi realizada entre abril e setembro de 2020, por telefone, por meio de entrevista fenomenológica, utilizando-se o aplicativo RecorderR, e foram analisadas segundo o método fenomenológico. Construíram-se as seguintes categorias: a Violência Doméstica como algo muito comum e complexo; baixa demanda pela assistência diante do grande número de casos; e falta de conhecimento profissional para prestar o atendimento. O estudo contribui para a compreensão da atenção às vítimas no contexto da pesquisa, dos desafios para a integralidade e para a reflexão e elaboração de políticas de saúde voltadas ao tema.ABSTRACT The objective was to understand the meaning of care for women victims of Domestic Violence from the perspective of Primary Health Care professionals. A descriptive, qualitative study was carried out, with the social phenomenology approach of Alfred Schütz. Twenty-two professionals from municipalities of the 10th Health Regional of Paraná participated in the research. Information was obtained between April and September 2020, by telephone, through a phenomenological interview, using the RecorderR application, and was analyzed according to the phenomenological method. The following categories were created: Domestic Violence as something very common and complex; low demand for care given the substantial number of cases and lack of professional knowledge to provide care. The study contributes to the understanding of care provided for victims in the research`s context, the challenges for the integrality and for the reflection and elaboration of health policies focused on the theme.
