LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS, SUS PRINCIPIOS E INTERPRETACIÓN

Abstract

Resumo Se han definido los derechos humanos, como el conjunto de derechos inherentes a la dignidad humana necesarios para su bienestar y desarrollo, con los que se nace y el Estado debe reconocer a través de sus ordenamientos jurídicos, con la finalidad de efectivizarlos; con la reforma constitucional del 2011, en materia de derechos humanos, se estableció que todas las autoridades en al ámbito de sus competencias tienen la obligación de promover, respetar, proteger y garantizar los derechos humanos bajo los principios de universalidad, interdependencia, indivisibilidad y progresividad. Concepto y principios a estudiar en el presente estudio, así como los aspectos de la interpretación de los derechos humanos, desde el ámbito jurisdiccional. Abstract Human rights have been defined, as the set of inherent rights to human dignity necessary for their welfare and development, with which they are born and the State must recognize through their legal systems, in order to make them effective; With the constitutional reform of 2011, in the field of human rights, it was established that all authorities within the scope of their powers have the obligation to promote, respect, protect and guarantee human rights under the principles of universality, interdependence, indivisibility and progressivity.
