Investigasi Dampak Aktivitas Terhadap Profitabilitas: Peran Likuiditas dan Solvabilitas

Abstract

This study examines the effect of TATO on ROA mediated by CR and DER in Indonesian telecommunications companies. 7 Telecommunication companies that are considered (purposive sampling) as samples as well as having valid financial statement information for the period 2012-2021 with a total of 70 observations. Panel data regression is an instrument to obtain valid information. The results showed that TATO can encourage company ROA, TATO can also encourage CR. However, TATO cannot contribute to boosting DER. Furthermore, CR can drive ROA and DER can also drive ROA. Also, a good TATO can encourage CR and have an impact on increasing ROA. Interestingly, TATO can not contribute to DER but DER can drive ROA.
