Abstract

The experimental data on phase transitions temperatures in Ag-Sb-Sn system have been obtained by DTA technique during heating and cooling cycles. To verify phase equilibria in this system, a number of 19 different samples were studied in the temperature range 100-850 °C. The existence of coexisting phases and their composition was analysed by SEM and EDX techniques for 5 distinct samples after their thermal equilibration at 400 °C. The obtained data were compared with isopleths calculated from available literature assessments.
