PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA ANGGOTA POLRI DI KEPOLISIAN RESOR TABALONG

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan kewajibannya Polri selain harus memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, berketerampilan tinggi dan profesional setiap anggota polisi juga harus memiliki motivasi yang baik dalam menjalankan tugasnya karena motivasi dapat menjadi penggerak semangat yang mempengaruhi kinerja individu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja anggota Polri pada Kepolisian Resor Tabalong dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja anggota Polri pada Kepolisian Resor Tabalong.  Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner/angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 236 anggota Polri di Kepolisian Resor Tabalong, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat adanya pengaruh positif variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Polri di Kepolisian Resor Tabalong yaitu sebesar 65,8%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. The purpose of this study is to test and determine the impact of motivation on the performance of police officers at the Tabalong Police Resort, and to assess the extent of this impact. This study uses an associative research design with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The population of this study consists of 236 police officers at the Tabalong Police Resort, with a sample size of 30 respondents. The results of this study show a positive influence of work motivation on the performance of police officers at the Tabalong Police Resort, with an impact of 65.8%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors.
