Abstract

The article provides information the use of technology in human resources (HR) services delivery and its implications. It states that the success for HR services is founded and measured through strategic business planning and business-value chains that are supported by proper technologies. It mentions that choosing the technologies to support HR services should have an advanced decision-support systems that will allow organizations to tie talent to assets, risk, and revenue. According to vice president of talent acquisition for Nationwide Randy Stevens, a business partnership is sealed when HR can approach a business-line manager and determine potential threats to the business. The future of HR services in the hand of technology is also discussed.
