Impact of the MRP technique on the Inventory Management of Rosmery Bakery in the Cajamarca City

Abstract

The main objective of this research study was to determine the impact of the MRP technique on the Inventory Management of the Rosmery bakery. The methodology applied in the Rosmery bakery, considers four main products, however, this research will be based on the study of the production of "Rosquitas", an analysis of the bakery's inventories was carried out as well as the tools were evaluated. for the improvement of inventory management, developing the MRP technique. Thanks to the owner's information, satisfactory results were obtained showing the efficiency of the MRP technique and obtaining a financial analysis showing the profitability of the new investment for the "Rosquitas" production.
