Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja dengan Pendekatan Maslahah Scorecard

Abstract

The study aims to identify the maṣlaḥah elements and to measure the process performance as well as performance results by using maṣlaḥah scorecard at PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya (TFJ) in Gowa Regency. To Investigate to issue, this study uses descriptive qualitative through observation, interview, and documentation in a way data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and drawing a conclusion. The findings of this study suggest there are eight maṣlaḥah elements namely worships, internal processes, human resources, learning assets customers, docility, and organizational sustainability. PT TFJ has implemented the maṣlaḥah performance and has successfully benefited internal as well as external stakeholders. This research had an implication for the sustainability process in companies that incorporate internal and external elements. Keywords: Performance, Maṣlaḥah Scorecard, Docility, and Sustainability
