Abstract

A social transaction is an interaction including negotiation, exchange and constraint. Social transaction is also a methodological paradigm with a focus on formal and informal compromises, and on the tension between Apollonian and Dionysian facets of society. Social innovations are a transactional output of the dynamic linking together prophetism and institution. © De Boeck Université. Tous droits réservés pour tous pays.
