Abstract

The motivation for doing this research is to examine the influence of perception of organizational support and work stress has on the level of turnover intention of employees of Honda Surya Gemilang Motor Surabaya. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling technique which aims to select research respondents based on the required characteristics. The F and T hypothesis tests were used as an analytical method in this study. As for testing the magnitude of the influence of variables used correlation calculations. From the calculation results show the perception of organizational support (X1), work stress (X2) have a simultaneous effect on the level of turnover intention (Y) of employees at Honda Surya Gemilang Motor Surabaya. Thus, all independent variables (X1 and X2) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y).Dilakukannya riset ini merupakan suatu motivasi yang bertujuan untuk menghindari terjadinya turnover (pindah kerja) yang dilakukan oleh karyawan Honda Surya Gemilang Motor Surabaya. Pengumpulan data riset menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang bertujuan agar responden penelitian dipilih berdasarkan karakteristikzyangzdibutuhkan. Uji hipotesis F dan T digunakan sebagai metode analisis pada penelitian ini. Adapun untuk menguji besaran pengaruh variabel digunakanlah perhitungan korelasi. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukan persepsi dukungan organisasi (X1), stres kerjaz(X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap tingkatzturnoverzintention (Y)  karyawan Honda Surya Gemilang Motor Surabaya. Sehingga, seluruh variabel bebas (X1 dan X2) berpengaruh signfikan terhadap variabel terikat (Y).
