İRAN REJİMİ ve EKONOMİK PERFORMANSI İLİŞKİSİ ORTA DOĞU’DA BARIŞ MÜMKÜN MÜ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı İran İslam Cumhuriyeti’nin mevcut ekopolitik sisteminin ve bu sistemin performansının Orta Doğu özelinde ve Avrasya genelindeki mevcut çatışmalara olan etki ve muhtemel sonuçlarını incelemektir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada İran’da yapılmış alan araştırmasının verileri ile İran’ın uluslararası ticaretteki verileri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın temel hipotezi İran’ın iç ekonomide Rejimi koruyup kollayıcı tedbirleri öteki halklara rağmen aldığı, uluslararası ilişkilerde ise reel politik endişelerle hareket ettiği varsayımı üzerine şekillenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda günümüz İran ekopolitik resmi gözler önüne serilmeye çalışılmış ve Avrasya coğrafyasındaki hem cari hem de muhtemel çatışmaların önlenebilmesi için –Türkiye için de önemli olan– öneriler yordanmıştır.The aim of this study is to examine the impact and possible results on the current conflicts particularly in the Middle East and Eurasia of the current eco-political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.  In this context, the data of this study carried out by the author in Iran and the data of Iran in the international trade has been used in this study. The main hypothesis of the study is shaped by the fact that Iran has taken the protective measures for the regime in the internal economics despite the other people in Iran, at the same time Iran have acted with real political concerns in the international relations. As a result of the findings, the current Iranian eco-political picture has been revealed and also recommendations (that’s also important for Turkey) regarding the prevention of the conflicts in Eurasia have been discussed.
