Abstract

The relevance of developing a corporate culture results from the fact that modern universities need teachers who not only have professional and educational competencies but also accept the mission of the university, support and develop the traditions of national education based on corporate loyalty, high social and professional responsibility. However, most teachers, experiencing the need to preserve and develop the collective social and moral traditions of the university, turned out to be insufficiently prepared to implement new forms of functional and interpersonal relations between colleagues, to carry out efficient corporate actions, to work in a team. Corporate culture as a system of the teacher's values, norms, social and moral traditions contributes to the regulation and development of his/her professional activities, collaborative relations in the pedagogical team, implementation of the university's strategic objectives of and the self-fulfillment of all subjects of the professional and educational process. The study was conducted on the basis of the Autonomous Non-Profit Educational Organization of Higher Education "Voronezh Institute of Economics and Law". Its participants were 76 teachers under the age of 55, having teaching experience of at least 5 years; 19 men and 57 women. Methods of research: "Diagnostics of corporate culture" (Levkin), "Diagnostics of self-actualization of personality" (Lazukin adapted by Kalina (SAMOAL)), "Study of a university teacher's corporate culture" (Larskikh, Plaksina), "Diagnostics of interpersonal relations" (Leary), "Strategy of behavior in a conflict situation" (Thomas), "Style of self-regulation of behavior" (Morosanova), "Express-diagnosis of responsibility" (Pryadein) As a result of the conducted experiment, it was revealed that in the process of teachers' participation in the workshop, there were positive dynamics of the values of the corporate culture criteria, confirmed by the statistical indicators of Student's t-test (t = 1.682, α = 0.05). The positive correlation between the growth of corporate culture criteria and the psychological and educational impact on teachers during the pedagogical workshop was empirically proven.
