Abstract

We reported MRI finding in a case of Anterior Spinal Artery Syndrome (ASAS). ASAS is a rare condition due to infarction of the spinal cord in the anterior spinal artery distribution. MRI delineated hyperintensity area in the spinal cord on T2-weighted image.
