See, stats, and : https : / / www . researchgate . net / publication / 318426833 Digital - Oral Implant Article DOI : 10 . 21767 / 2386 - 5180 . 1000173CITATIONS0READ11:MohammedTehran5SEEAll.The.OpinionThefirstcriticalstepinimplantprosthesesfabricationismakingaccurateimpressions.Theestablishmentsofgoodfittingprosthesesaredeterminedatimpressionstage.Duringimplantimpressionsmaking,theconcentrationistoaccuratelyreproducetheimplantlocationin3-dimensionsinrelationtootherintra-oralhard/softtissuestructures.Impressionaccuracycouldaffectthepassivefitofframeworkconstruction,whichaffectsthedefinitiveoutcome.Overthepastfewyears,digitaltechnologieshaveadvancedrapidly.Thisobviouslyinfluencedexistingtransformationsinthescience,industry,anddailylifestyle.Togetherwithgradualchangesinthree-dimensionaltechnologies,newinnovationsalsoemergedindentalmedicine.Startingwiththefirstcomputer-aidedapproachinrestorativedentistryinthelate1980s,enhancementsindataachievement,processing,andmanufacturingcurrentlyprovidemuchfasterandmoreaccuratefinalresults.Theintroductionanddevelopmentofvariousintraoralscanners(IOSs)ledtotheirpopularityandbroadapplicationindentistry.Digitalimpressionproceduresmaybeanapproachtoimprovetheaccuracyofimplant-supportedrestorations,asbytheirnature,theseprostheseseliminatetheerror-proneconventionalimpressionandgypsummodelcasting,andwarrantahighdegreeofstandardization.Therearevariousdigitalintra-oralscanners,whichhavedevelopedtomakedirectimpressionfromtheoralcavity.
