Abstract

Las personas interesadas en viajar por motivaciones gastronómicas fueron aumentando paulatinamente (Bessiere, 1998). "Turismo Gastronómico" era un término sugerido por primera vez en 1998 (Long, 2003). Expresó la idea de turistas 'experimentar la cultura de un destino a través de los alimentos.
