Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Loyalty on Job Performance at Bank BTPN Syariah Jakarta. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling model, with a random sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses a quantitative associative method with a verification approach. The series of tests carried out were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing including the t test for partial testing and the F test for simultaneous testing. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted, partially and simultaneously Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Loyalty had an effect on work performance
