Abstract

The aim of this study is to calculate the Moment of Inertia body of cross structures, motor components, propeller components, boxelectronic components, and moments of inertia rotational axis of the propeller. The object of research is quadcopter Elev-8 Rev-2 using flight control APM Rev 2.6 measurement and data collection on brushless motors, propeller, electronicbox and arm of quadcopter. From the calculations, the value of Moment of Inertia body cross structure I sx Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung Momen Inersia body dari struktur silang, komponen motor, komponen propeller, komponen kotak elektronik, dan Momen inersia rotasional terhadap sumbu propeller. Objek penelitian adalah quadcopter Elev-8 Rev-2 dengan menggunakan flight control APM Rev 2.6, pengukuran dan pengambilan data pada motor brushless, propeller, kotak elektronik dan lengan quadcopter. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai Momen Inersia body dari struktur silang I sx = 26,480.10-6 (Nms²), I sy = 19,792.10-3 (Nms²), dan I sz = 19,792.10-3 (Nms²). Momen Inersia body dari komponen motor I Mx = 609,542.10-6 (Nms²), I My = 21,763.10-3 (Nms²), dan I Mz = 28,453 (Nms²). Momen Inersia body dari komponen propeller I Px = 153,969.10-6 (Nms²), I Py = 1,465.10-3 (Nms²), dan I Pz = 1,359.10-3 (Nms²). Momen Inersia body dari komponen kotak elektronik I BEx = 9,885.10-3 (Nms²), I BEy = 9,885.10-3 (Nms²), dan I BEz = 684,700.10-6 (Nms²). Momen Inersia rotasional terhadap sumbu propeller J P = 391,47.10-6 (Nms²), J M = 0,96.10-6 (Nms²), dan J TP = 392,43.10-6 Kata kunci : Quadcopter, momen inersia, motor, propeller
