Abstract

The high turnover rates of new employees in the first career year usually forces hotel human resource managers to face difficult dilemmas. This work presents a modified Delphi method and an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to objectively select international hotels based on the results of interviews with experts in the field. Analysis results indi-cate that the experts select the international hotels with the potential highest turnover risk based on the following rank: internal contentment, external contentment, and organization proffer. Moreover, sensitivity analysis surveys weight of the degree of influence with an alternative hierarchy.
